Flipdish charges a monthly plan before you take an order, with card processing on top. Nibble is one rate per sale, card processing included, and the till, ordering, bookings and loyalty are all in it.

Questions about switching
I'm in a contract with my current provider. Can I still switch?
Check your contract for early termination. Some businesses set Nibble up alongside their current system and switch over when the contract ends.
Will my current printer work?
We support one printer, the Epson TM-m30III (€310 + VAT), which prints every order over Wi-Fi or Ethernet. A printer from your current provider may not carry over. See the hardware.
What about my card reader?
Nibble runs on the Stripe S700 and S710, at €299 + VAT. A reader from your current provider is unlikely to carry over, though an existing SumUp reader can be paired for card payments.
Do I lose anything by switching?
Nibble covers ordering, payments, the till, the kitchen screen, bookings, delivery areas, loyalty and marketing. Custom integrations built for you by another provider won't come across.
